Canadian copyright reform movement referencing our Fair Use codes

As the Canadian government addresses copyright reform, the U.S. Fair Use movement is providing an important example. It praises the Fair Use doctrine as well as codes of best practices for doc filmmakers and media literacy, which help citizens understand their rights.
