How does the situation differ in different regions? Researchers across the globe participated in the Open Society Foundations' 60-country research initiative, Mapping Digital Media. The Center's Senior Fellow Jessica Clark co-authored the U.S. report for the study, drawing from her work on the Future of Public Media project and the Center’s white paper, Public Media 2.0, to offer an analysis of the sector's transformation.
