UFVA Adopts Documentary Filmmakers' Code of Best Practices in Fair Use

The University Film and Video Association, which has endorsed the Documentary Filmmakers' Satement of Best Practices in Fair Use, has now placed the Statement and language appropriate for course syllabi on its website. This not only makes it even easier for teachers in film programs across higher education to incorporate Fair Use into their teaching. It also offers the imprimatur of the national body representing film programs.
